The main objective of this project, to which the Beneficiary aims to achieve, is to support the deinstitutionalisation of care for dependent persons by strengthening and developing the health system for dependent persons, including the elderly, in particular over 65 years of age in zgorzelec, Lubany, Bolshevik and Lviv districts, through the establishment and running of a day care home.
