The aim of the project is to improve the efficiency of the health care system by improving the qualifications of the administrative staff of the health care system, management competences, control and the organisation of clinical trials.The project aims to facilitate access to affordable, sustainable and high-quality services, including healthcare and social services of general interest.The project consists of 3 thematic modules:1. The MBA2 module. Clinical trial module (basic and advanced)3. Coordination, eHealth, Accounting and Communications ModuleDetailed thematic scope of the ongoing training for administrative and management staff focused on areas relevant to the needs of the country can be found in the programmes annexed to the proposal. The individual modules will take into account the educational needs of administrative staff, management staff responsible for clinical trials, and their aim will be to improve the qualifications of these professional groups.The aim will be implemented by participation of employees of the above professional groups in classes organised by the organisers of individual modules adjusted in size to the specificities of the presented subject, according to the accompanying programme. The acquisition of knowledge and skills will be objectively verified within the course of the course on the basis of the final test or examination depending on the specificities of the module.All participants will receive certificates with a certificate of acquired skills, included in the relevant laws and regulations.The programmes will be formulated in the language of the results of the education.GUMed is a higher education institution, e.g. in medical, medical and dental education, in which there is no curriculum, nursing and nursing.
