The subject of the project will be realised. The UMP Development Programme in line with the recommendations of the CSM Assessment Audit commissioned by the Ministry and the findings of negotiations with the IOC on the action plan, recommendations and procedures to improve the quality of teaching in medical sciences, through the implementation of practical educational activities. A key element will be the creation of a multi-profile Medical Simulation Center. Main objective of the project Increasing the competitiveness of the Medical University in Poznań in the field of training of medical staff through the implementation of the development programme of practical training using medical simulation method for medical, medical and dental, nursing and obstetrics in 2016-2021. Document – The development programme will be developed by all stakeholders of the university, including students and recommended to the UMP Senate for adoption in the form of a resolution to be implemented. The project assumes the launch of CSM, equipment of the rooms according to the minimum standard according to the standard “Improving quality of the form in incl. med...” 2014 and lectures. med. met. medical simulation in CSM, min.40h/week. It provides for complementary actions to support the implementation of practical training of the meth. medical simulation in the university: training program, courses for scientific, technical and management staff, creation of a database of simulation scenarios, standardised patient program, simulation professions, summer school. Some of the tasks will be carried out in the form of inter-educational cooperation in order to exchange experiences and harmonise education standards. The activities will address the problem with insufficient level of education, resulting in a lack of adaptation of future graduates to the needs of the labour market and the lack of systemic solutions in the university responding to changes related to the implementation of medical investigations and shortening the duration of pre-graduate education.
