Implementation of the development programme of the Medical University in Białystok using the Medical Simulation Centre

Main objective of the project: The aim of the project will be to improve the quality of practical training of UMB students in the following fields: medical (KL), medical and dental (LD), nursing (PL), obstetrics (PŁ) through the development and implementation of the University Development Programme (PRU), including the establishment of a Medical Simulation Centre (CSM). Adoption by the UMB Senate of the above-mentioned programme will allow for the implementation of high-quality practical educational projects aimed at students and employees: KL, LD, PL, LL. The main results are: 1) Number of development programmes implemented at universities in medical sciences, developed with ESF support – 1 pieces. 2) The number of people who, through participation in training courses/training courses/internships, has acquired/increased competences in the field of the course – 165 people. Target group (direct): 1) UMB through the implementation of the PRU 2) scientific and teaching staff from KL, LD, PL, PŁ: 155 people will take part in: — country. and Zagran. SKS raising their knowledge and skills in conducting classes using medical simulations (72 people): KL (44 persons, 29K and 15M), LD (5 persons, 4K and 1M), PL (16 persons – 12 K and 2 M), LL (7-6K and 1M). — school. preparation for the role of mentor for studs. — 20 people from KL (16K, 4M) – schools in the field of OSCE – 68 persons: 58KL, 5PL, 5 PŁ (47K, 21M) – school. — 57 people. (44K, 13M) 3) Technical staff for CSM equipment handling: 10 (including 4 IT specialists, 6 technicians) 4) students participating in: — intercollegiate simulation competitions – 24 stud (15K, 9M) in the years of the Academy. 2017-2021 – mentoring of clinical teaching practice (stud. KL VI year in the years of the Academy. 2017-2021) – 100 stud.(60K, 40M) Main tasks: 1) Adoption of the PRU, including the creation of CSM 2) Preparation of staff for conducting classes and administration of CSM 3) Implementation of PRU in inter-university activities 4) Implementation of the PRU in the framework of university activities
