Main objective of the project: The aim of the project will be to improve the quality of practical training of UMB students in the following fields: medical (KL), medical and dental (LD), nursing (PL), obstetrics (PŁ) through the development and implementation of the University Development Programme (PRU), including the establishment of a Medical Simulation Centre (CSM). Adoption by the UMB Senate of the above-mentioned programme will allow for the implementation of high-quality practical educational projects aimed at students and employees: KL, LD, PL, LL. The main results are: 1) Number of development programmes implemented at universities in medical sciences, developed with ESF support – 1 pieces. 2) The number of people who, through participation in training courses/training courses/internships, has acquired/increased competences in the field of the course – 165 people. Target group (direct): 1) UMB through the implementation of the PRU 2) scientific and teaching staff from KL, LD, PL, PŁ: 155 people will take part in: — country. and Zagran.
