Development of specialisation training of doctors in areas relevant to the epidemiological-demographic needs of the country

The main activity in the project is to support the specialist training of doctors through the organisation of specialisation courses according to special programmes and co-financing of the costs of participation in courses and supporting other forms of specialisation. in the form of so-called school grants. for doctors who stand out during specialisations. Main actions: 1.Organising specialised courses for doctors specialising in the fields covered by the project: the provision of courses in line with current educational needs (also geographically available to courses); B) ensuring high quality courses by involving experts in the field of medicine in CMKP courses or by selecting external course providers from leading centres providing specialisation training; C) providing high-quality courses from the organisational side, including catering. 2.Organisation of 2 nationwide conferences in the form of an excellent course (1 joint, 1-domain-in the areas covered by the project). 3.Support finan doctors – dofinan. travel and accommodation costs during courses and other elements of specialisation training e.g. participation in conferences. 4. Equipment with scientific and teaching equipment of the Department of Patomorphology and the Department of Emergency Medicine of CMKP for the purpose of conducting specialisation courses 5.Promotion of specialisation in the areas covered by the project in cooperation with consultants, medical chambers, etc.In the first 3 years, it is important that as many doctors as possible join the project and implement the specialisation programme. Activities will also be carried out to promote specialisation among underrepresented groups by gender. The result of the implementation will include 5850 specialist doctors, of which 4972 will complete a full cycle of courses, which will result in an increase in the number of specialists and availability to specialist services.
