Post-graduate training of doctors at Bródnowski Hospital

The main focus of the project is to raise the professional qualifications of 200 doctors (97 men and 103 women), in particular doctors employed in primary healthcare, cardiovascular, cancer and mental disorders. Courses that will be organised within the framework of the project will ensure the acquisition of the necessary skills to properly conduct treatment and perform diagnostic tests, but also to carry out the tests specified in regulations issued pursuant to Article 31 d of the Act on Public-funded Healthcare Provisions. As a result of the support, the doctor will acquire the rights recognised by the payer in the process of contracting benefits. Thematic range of courses will include 1) Interactive classes in ECG interpretation, 2) Causes, diagnosing and treatment of atrial fibrillation, 3) Causes, diagnosis and treatment of ventricular arrhythmias, 4)Safety assessment and guidance for amateur and professional sports practitioners, 5) Diagnostics and treatment of patients with cardiac ischemia, 6) Recognition and risk of chronic anticoagulation, 7) The acquired competence will be confirmed by the diploma/certificate received. In order to implement the project, the separation used the long-term potential of the Bródnowski Hospital. The formulation of the curriculum in the language of education and validation of competences and qualifications acquired in the project by participants will add value to the project.
