CBR Novasome Sp. z o.o. (hereinafter: Novasome CBR) is a dynamically developing company with the status of R & D centre (MG decision of dn. 14.05.2014). In order to maintain further dynamic development of the Company, including the extension of the possibility of implementing innovative R & D projects, the applicant decided to implement this investment. The aim of the project is to develop Novasome CBR by investing in analytical and technological equipment, intangible assets and other necessary infrastructure to carry out research and development work for the development of innovative products and services in the areas indicated in the R & D work plan. The project will be implemented in the period 01.03-31.12.2017 and will include: — acquisition of analytical and technological equipment for the R & D Department; — acquisition of computer hardware (30 computers and a backup server with tape library) together with 2 units of software backup and archiving system and 5 workstation software for carrying out project management tasks; — installation works related to connection of R & D equipment and modernisation works related to the adaptation of the ground floor to persons with disabilities (investment in a foreign permanent medium); — training in upgrading the skills of R & D staff, including the use of new research equipment; — information and promotion activities of the project. In order to achieve the project’s expected results, the CBR Novasome will be involved with the relevant competence and experience. The scope of the planned tasks and the acquisition of research infrastructures is reflected in project implementation indicators, in particular the result of the implementation of the project: — implementation of 11 R & D projects specified in the R & D work plan (8 projects will be implemented in the period 12 months after completion of the project, and another 3 in the following years of sustainability); — an increase in employment of 2 posts;
