The subject of the project is the creation of a Business Park with an incubator for the ICT industry in Wrocław. As part of the project, the acquisition of real estate (non-quantified) was planned, the development of a construction project (as part of the building project), construction works (in the part concerning gastronomy ineligible) and equipment of the infrastructure created with the necessary resources, as well as information and promotional activities. The project includes the reconstruction of the existing tenement house at 7 Island Słodowa Street in Wrocław (including the demolition of the outbuilding) with the provision of a usable function of the business incubator and its extension by a new building together with an external infrastructure with a conference function, together with the adaptation of the existing office building to a link between the existing and the design building. The planned work will lead to: — reconstruction of the existing building (use area of the premises: 1945,5 m², total area: 2184 m²). — expansion of the existing building (new building with adaptation of the building with total usable area: 2284,7 m² and total area: 2582 m²). In the task involving the extension of the building by a new part was allocated proportionally and transferred to the costs of some construction works, the so-called catering area and the associated area, i.e. 496 m² with 2582 m² or 19.21 %). The target usable area of the infrastructure will be: 4230,2 m² and total area: 4766 m². The usable area by function is divided into: 1. office: 742 m² (29 offices), including: — 623 m² for hire for incubated companies (25 offices) – 80 m² business support zone (2 offices) – 18 m² administration (1 office) – 21 m² consultancy point (1 office) 2. coworking: 145 m², 25 3rd conference stations: 885.40 m² (8 conference rooms). 4. catering hall: 240 m² of entrance hall: 49,5 m² of 6th communication: 525,5 m² of 7 sanitary nodes: 288,0 m² 8. gastronomic and restaurant: 384 m² 9. service (bathroom, information/reception, catering): 113,8 m² 10th warehouse/order
