The subject of the project is the construction of the Spatial Information System (SIP), which will cover 10 communes of the north-western part of the Lower Silesian Voivodeship. The project will introduce advanced e-services provided through the implemented system and planned to implement the domain systems. The project envisages the implementation of e-services with a high degree of e-maturity (4 “transaction” and 5 “personalisation”) concerning, inter alia, taxes, fees and tax relief; waste management; road lane occupations; leases and perpetual usufructs; spatial planning; crisis management; order and safety. Part of the project will be the implementation of a pilot programme of e-services for schools and kindergartens in Novgorod. The scope of the project includes the purchase of equipment, hardware and software and data implementation. The heart of the implemented SIP will be the Central Unit, located in the Town Hall building in Bolesławiec. An element of the project is also the digitisation of public information resources, which will then be made available online, within the framework of the implemented SIP. The implementation of the project will improve communication between administration and the economy, facilitating business activity and making investment decisions. The project presented is partner-partners of the project are the following municipalities: The town of Bolesławiec (the leading partner), the Municipality of Bolesławiec, the Municipality of Nowogrodziec, the Municipality of Zawidów, the Municipality of Sulików, the Municipality of Zagrodno, the Municipality of Warta Bolesławiec, the Municipality of Lwówek Śląski, Osiecznica and Gromadka Municipality. The location of the project covers the area of the above municipalities. The project is aimed at all residents of communes covered by the project, as well as economic entities operating in this area. The parts of the e-services provided through SIP will also be available for visitors to the project area.
