The main objective of the project is to support the development of electronic public services in the field of e-administration of the Municipal Office in Domaniów. 70 public e-services will be made available as part of the project: 29 e-services at maturity level 4 (transaction) and 41 e-services at maturity level 3 (bilateral interaction). The project will contribute to greater accessibility of public e-services in particular in the areas of: public administration, access to GIS spatial information and public security. Greater accessibility applies to all stakeholders of this type of service. The selection of planned e-services was based on internal statistics of matters handled in the EMU in Domaniów, including administrative services related to local taxes and charges, applications for decision or concessions, etc. The scope of the project activities is planned in such a way as to ensure the functioning of the created e-service system in accordance with the requirements of applicable law, including the Regulations. Kri and data protection regulations. The centre of electronic public services will be a dedicated e-service portal for the clients of the office, which can be both residents, entrepreneurs or taxpayers or investors. The project’s material scope includes the modernisation and adaptation of the IT infrastructure of the UG to the requirements related to the provision of e-services, the purchase of hardware and software, and the training of staff. As part of the project, the Audit and updating of the ICT Security Policy will be carried out. The purchased equipment necessary to launch e-services will be located in the premises of the Municipal Office in Domaniów and will be operated by the Beneficiary staff specialised in this area. The project does not plan to carry out any construction works.
