The project includes the launch of electronic services, the delivery of necessary computer equipment and the delivery and implementation of collaborative IT systems dedicated to the Municipal Office in Świdnica and its organizational units. The main core of the solution will be: Electronic Documentation Management System (EZD), Spatial Information System (SIP) and an area system for managing budget planning and implementation (MPiRB). The implemented EZD system will support the office in keeping the documentation. It will reduce the time of execution of many cases, allow sharing and management of the case in the database of documents and cases, including full and legal handling of electronic documents. The implemented SIP will extend the scope of technical support for office staff through the provision of spatial data and integration with the EDD System and the creation of spatial layers for decisions and provisions issued. It will provide dedicated analytical functions, including specialised spatial analyses for tasks related to spatial planning, historical records, real estate management, nature conservation or technical infrastructure management. The systems implemented will ensure that the recording data can be combined with SIP spatial data in order to create multidimensional “management information”. In addition to EZD, SIP, MPiRB, the Project will purchase technical infrastructure and necessary system, database and tool software, including: 1. Data Processing Center – 2 hardware servers, disk matrix and backup server; 2. Network infrastructure comprising: 3 UTM class shore routers; 3. EZD system handling devices: 4 barcode readers, 1 barcode printer; 4. Two workstations for the Trusted Profile Confirmation Point; 5. Necessary software and licenses.
