Project Subject The subject of the project is a comprehensive energy modernisation of the public utility building – a sports hall, which is of regional importance due to the sport competitions that take place there. The project will be implemented at ul. Ząbkowicka 26, in Kamieniec Ząbkowicki. The main problem is the low energy efficiency of the building due to the high thermal permeability of walls, door carpentry and windows. Material scope The project’s material scope includes: 1.Energy audit, 2.Project and financial documentation, 3. Feasibility study with application for funding, 4.Building works, 6.Promotion of the project. The project has not yet begun. The planned deadline for the project is 07.2015-12.2018. The applicant is prepared to carry out the project, has the necessary technical documentation (energy audit), financial statement, and construction permit. Project recipients The recipients of the project will be residents of the nearby Primary School, the commune of Kamieniec Ząbkowicki and the Lower Silesian Voivodeship. Project Effects The project will result in the achievement of the following indicators: 1. Of the product: —Number of energy upgraded buildings-1 pcs. —Use surface of thermally upgraded buildings – 1797,33 m² -Number of built units of heat generation from RES-1 pcs. —Number of modernised heat sources-1 pcs. 2. Result: —The amount of thermal energy saved-909.68 GJ/year -The estimated annual decrease in greenhouse gas emissions – 59.07 tonnes CO2 equivalent/year OF PROJECT REALISATION The applicant and investor will be Kamieniec Ząbkowicki Municipality, which will implement the project with the help of its administrative apparatus – the Municipality of the Municipality. The Office has experienced specialists in the field of raising EU funds, implementing infrastructure investments, financial accounting and promotion.
