The subject of the project is a comprehensive energy modernisation of the public utility building, located at ul. Hubska 8-16 in Wrocław. The main premise of the project is the unsatisfactory technical condition of the facility. The investment will make it possible to create a fully equipped administrative building with educational function. The facility will modelly implement the EU directive on the construction requirement “almost zero energy consumption” for buildings occupied by public institutions. The building is designed in a low-energy standard with a technologically advanced and innovative installation part that will use renewable energy sources. The scope of the Project takes into account the use of the energy management system (BMS) and other environmental elements, including training of people constantly using the facility. The scope of work related to improving the energy efficiency of the facility is consistent with the assumptions of the energy audit. The project operator will be the City of Wrocław. The facility will be used by employees of the Wrocław City Council – Department of Environmental Protection and the City Guard of Wrocław. The project’s material scope includes: development of technical documentation, construction and assembly works, copyright supervision, project promotions. The project will be implemented in the years 2016-2018 in the “design and build” mode. The value of the project is PLN 11 824 453.52, including VAT is PLN 2 211 076.67. Eligible expenditure amounts to PLN 10 559 382.16, including VAT 1 974 518,61 PLN. The Project’s material scope includes: design and construction robots in “design and build” mode, copyright supervision, project promotion. The beneficiary of the project is the Municipality of Wrocław. The project management system at the implementation stage will guarantee its smooth implementation in accordance with the agreed timetable and seamless settlements with co-financing institutions.The applicant has the organisational and financial capacity to maintain the project.
