This project consists of the thermomodernisation of 3 public utility buildings belonging to the Municipality of Nowa Ruda. The applicant shall have energy audits, complete construction projects and final construction permits. The direct objective of this project is to reduce air pollution and increase the energy efficiency of public buildings in the Nowa Ruda Municipality. The project was divided into 5 tasks: Task 1. Thermal Modernisation of the Hall of Sołe in Nowa Wieś Kłodzkia, Task 2. Thermal modernisation of the gym in Woliborz, 3. Thermal Modernisation of the Woliborz Hall in Woliborz, 4. Preparation of project documentation, 5. Promotional activities. The recipients of the project are users of individual buildings and residents of Nowa Ruda commune and tourists. The project covers 3 buildings with a usable area of 1376,96 m². In addition to thermal retrofitting works, the exchange of heat sources to RES installations is also foreseen. The investment will reduce the energy demand of buildings and increase the share of renewable energy in their energy balance. The applicant, Investor, Beneficiary of the project will be a local government unit – the Municipality of Nowa Ruda. The municipality will be responsible for the project at all stages of its implementation: preparation, implementation and settlement of the project. There are no partners or other implementing entities in the project. The operator will also be the Municipality of New Ruda.
