The subject of the project is the modernisation of the heat source of the Secondary School in Nowa Ruda at ul. The Piast Estate 17. Scope of the project: 1) Technical documentation, 2) Feasibility study, 3) Design team, 4) Ornithological and chiropterological expertise, 5) Supervision inspector, 6) Project work: a) Thermomodernisation-warming of selected partitions/elements of the object, b) replacement of door and window joinery with installation of vents, c) modernisation of central heating installations together with: — the creation of a new boiler room, – the replacement of boilers, – the application of elements of the thermal energy management system. c) modernisation of the central heating system, 7) Training with the use of a new installation, 8) Promotion of the project. The implementation of the investment is part of measures aimed at improving the energy efficiency of public use facilities and reducing low emissions and the resulting air pollution in the Wałbrzych Agglomeration and the Kłodz county. The scope of the project was chosen to meet the needs of target groups and infrastructure problems in the facility, including unsatisfactory energy efficiency. The project includes, among others, a new boiler room which, unlike the previous one, will meet the technical conditions resulting from the regulations and will guarantee the safety of the use of the facility.
