This project consists of the thermomodernisation of 2 municipal residential buildings, multi-family buildings belonging to the Nowa Ruda commune. The applicant shall have energy audits, technical documentation. The direct objective of this project is to reduce air pollution and increase the energy efficiency of municipal buildings in the Nowa Ruda Municipality. The project has been divided into 2 tasks: Scope of Task No 1: Thermal modernisation of the residential building, Wolibórz 153, 57-431 Wolibórz; thermal modernisation of the residential building, ul. Main 57, 57-450 Ludwikowice Kł; Preparation of project documentation, Scope no. 2: Promotional activities. The recipients of the project are residents of individual buildings and residents of Nowa Ruda commune and tourists. The project covers 2 multi-family residential buildings. Construction works to improve the comfort of use of buildings, including energy efficiency of the building, are envisaged for thermal retrofitting. The scope of work described in point “in kind” and “material scope of the undertaking” is described in detail. The applicant, Investor, Beneficiary of the project will be a local government unit – the Municipality of Nowa Ruda. The municipality will be responsible for the project at all stages of its implementation: preparation, implementation and settlement of the project. There are no partners or other implementing entities in the project. The operator will also be the Municipality of New Ruda.
