The applicant is the Municipality of Bolesławiec, which, as part of this project, plans to purchase two zero-emission buses powered solely by an electric motor and an accompanying infrastructure. In addition, the project plans to carry out activities to promote this project. Planned to purchase rolling stock will replace the most emergency, non-compliant bus emission standards. The project will be implemented in the Municipality of Bolesławiec. The implementation of this project stems from the provisions of the Low-Emission Economy Plan for the City of Bolesławiec adopted by Resolution No XIX/248/2016 of the Bolesławiec City Council of 23 March 2016 on updating and adopting the “Low-carbon Economy Plan for the City of Bolesławiec”. The operator of the purchased rolling stock will be the Municipal Zakład Komunikacji Sp. z o.o. in Bolesławiec – a company in which 100 % of the shares are owned by the Municipality of Bolesławiec. The following indicators will be achieved as a result of this project: the product: — Number of passenger rolling stock purchased in public public transport of public transport – 2 units; — Capacity of passenger rolling stock purchased in public public transport of public transport – 116 persons. b) The result: — Estimated annual reduction in greenhouse gas emissions (CI 34) -299.83 MgCO2/year. The main target group of this project will be residents of the Municipality of Bolesławiec, who currently feel the most air pollution in the Municipality of Bolesławiec and use public transport. In addition, visitors to the project will be tourists visiting the city.
