The project’s applicant is the City of Świdnica.Implementation time:IX.2016-XII.2017.The project’s subject is to expand the network of bicycle roads in Świdnica as part of 6 investment tasks, which aim, among others, to reduce CO2 emissions,- to reduce individual motorised traffic in the city centre,- to improve communication coherence in Świdnica through the construction of new roads connecting with the network of existing communication connections. Planned investment tasks: 1.Construction of a bicycle path along the street. M.Kopernika (I-X.17, construction of a bicycle road with a length of 817.36 m and pavement and reconstruction of junctions, exits, bus and parking bays),2.Construction of a bicycle path along ul. Coastal (I-X.17, construction of 773.5mb bicycle road with pavement and street lighting),3.Construction of a foot and bicycle footbridge over the Bystrzyca river at ul. Kraszowicka in Świdnica (I-X.17, construction of a foot and bicycle footbridge over the Bystrzyca river at the extension of ul. Long sports. 32.10 mb, construction on foot – bicycle on the shafts to ul. Westerplatte. 631 mb, construction of lighting throughout the path),4.Construction of a walking-bike line along Kazimierz Restorer and Walerian Łukasiński Streets in Świdnica (IV-XI.17, construction of a bicycle road along Kazimierz Restorer and Walerian Łukasiński Streets in Świdnica by length. 988.27mb and reconstruction of pavement, street lighting and light signalling),5.Construction of a walking-bike line on the Zawiszów estate in Świdnica (V-IX.17, construction of 980 m of bicycle road with sidewalk and street lighting), 6.Expansion of ul. Janusz Korczak and Leśna in Świdnica (VI-X.17, extension of Korczaka and Leśna streets by building a bicycle road with a length of 365.97 mb). 7.Investment supervision – I-XI.16, 8.Promotion – IX.16-XII.17, 9.Promotion – I-XII.17.On the day of submission of the project is in the implementation phase, i.e. it holds all construction permits and the selection of contractors of works according to PZP is ongoing
