This project is of strategic importance for the socio-economic development of the region.The project has a fundamental impact on improving transport accessibility in the region and improving the quality and standards of road transport. The implementation of the project will help to ensure spatial order for residents of the municipality of Bolesławiec through the modernisation of technical and communication infrastructure. The purpose of the investment task is to build a new section of the provincial road with parameters of the main road. The investment consists of the construction of the south-eastern bypass of Bolesławc, which boils down to the construction and connection of the turbine roundabout in Kruszyn with the existing route of Voivodeship Road No. 297 – Jeleniogórska Street in Bolesławiec. The length of the section is about 4 km [in km 0 + 000 – up to 3 + 998 km]. In addition, the project (eligible expenditures) provides for the construction of an uncollised economic journey in the form of an overpass, the construction of a roundabout at the intersection with Voivodeship Road No. 363, a scanned intersection with the commune road and another roundabout, including the existing route of Voivodeship Road No. 297. The construction of the bypass will also include the construction of a road body with a minimum width of 11.00 m, a bicycle road, greenery, culverts on watercourses and drainage. Dehydration will be made in the form of trapezoidal ditches and rainwater drainage. It is planned to be made on 3 sections of acoustic screens with a total length of 361.5 m. It will also be necessary to remove collisions with foreign devices, mainly within intersections. The construction of the pavement was designed for heavy traffic KR 4. 2 fenced retency and infiltration tanks, road lighting and protective barriers are planned. It is planned to make a 8 m wide roadway (2 lanes with a width of 3.50 m and double-sided bands with a width of 0.5 m) and bilateral sideways wide. 1.50 m. The bicycle road will be 2.50 m wide.
