This project concerns the renovation and equipment of the building at ul. Końcowa 3 in Głogów for social housing. The project involves the implementation of renovation, thermal modernisation and equipment of the above building. In addition, the scope of the project includes the development of technical documentation and promotional and information activities. As a result of the project, four well-equipped social housing will be built in the building. The main objective of the project is to increase the availability of social services related to the process of social inclusion, socio-occupational activation in Głogów Municipality, through renovation and equipment of the building at ul. Final 3 in Głogów. The specific objectives shall include: — increasing the level of adaptation of social housing to the needs of people with disabilities, – increasing the economic independence of people at risk of social exclusion or poverty, – improving the effectiveness of the fight against poverty in Głogów, – improving the quality of life of residents with special needs and low-income farms, – reducing the prevalence of social pathologists, – reducing emissions of pollutants into the atmosphere by carrying out thermal modernisation works – combating social exclusion. The building supported by the project will be adapted to the needs of people with disabilities. The project contributes to achieving the objectives enshrined in the DPD 2014-2020 RAP funded by the ESF on social inclusion and combating poverty, by linking its planned activities to the social inclusion and socio-occupational activation process addressed to the project participants. This process will be based on the implementation of appropriate, individualised and comprehensive programmes aimed at the economic independence of those at risk of social exclusion or poverty as the target group of this project.
