The subject of the project is Żłobek Miejski nr 1 in Świdnica located at ul. Mieczysław Kozar-Słobódzkiego 26 (Plot no. 1068, Vol. 0001, IU 021901_1, SWIIDNICA-MIASTO). The implementation of the project consists of the modernisation of the above-mentioned facility, which takes into account the execution of: reconstruction of the infrastructure including thermal modernisation of the building (in the scope of reconstruction and construction of mechanical ventilation system, reconstruction of gas installations with changes in the location of the existing gas meter, reconstruction and renovation of: installation of water-scan, hydrant, central heating and electrical installations, construction and renovation works in the building, insulation of the walls of the building and ceiling, replacement of the call carpentry, reconstruction of internal door openings with the replacement of woodwork) and its retrofitting with the missing equipment and equipment (such as: freight elevators, kitchen appliances and sanitary utensils), as well as reconstruction of the playground (with the fence and equipping it with new facilities for playing). The main objective of the project is therefore to increase the availability of high-quality childcare services in Świdnica under the age of 3 by supporting the infrastructure necessary to ensure it taking into account the improvement of the technical conditions of the facility and its immediate surroundings. The specific objectives of the project will be: • universalisation of care and education services in a place where it is lacking, as well as equal opportunities for participation in them, which will be guaranteed by modernising the Municipal Nursery No. 1 in Świdnica, which has 100 places, • creating an opportunity to participate in organised forms of care and education for disabled children by adapting this type of infrastructure to their needs, as a result of which the above-mentioned institution will be adapted to the needs of children with disabilities. It is planned that the above-mentioned project results will benefit from: • Children under the age of 3 (including disabled children) and their parents, • employees of the institution, • residents of the City of Świdnica.
