The subject of the project is the reconstruction and equipment of the infrastructure of degraded buildings at ul. Romualda Traugutta 11 in order to adapt them to social housing. The subject of the investment is the conversion of buildings into social housing, including the change of use from the administrative buildings of the Municipal Guard to multi-family residential buildings with connections and the renovation of the existing garage shelter. The building is located in the Local Revitalisation Programme for the Municipality of Świdnica for the years 2015-2024, list B. 24 Until now, as part of the preparatory work: — a feasibility study of the implementation of the project was developed, – project and financial documentation was prepared, – administrative and legal permits were obtained. The implementation of the project will contribute to solving the important problem of the city of Świdnica, which is the undeveloped infrastructure of social housing. There are only 526 social premises in Świdnica – 3 times too little. Thus, the infrastructure available in the city of Świdnica in no way meets the current needs of the city and the local community. The project is addressed to people with low income in need of support in the form of social housing. In 2016, the total number of people who benefited from MOPS was 3023 people, including 1 122 families due to poverty. The project is a stand-alone unit of analysis and covers all the investment tasks necessary to ensure the functionality and interoperability of the infrastructure as soon as the material scope is completed. The implementation of additional investment tasks not included in the material scope is not required for the launch of the project products.
