The project’s material scope includes: — reconstruction of the inner city space within quarters ul. Sister – Rynek w Świdnica, – reconstruction of the building at ul. Marketplace 39-40 in Świdnica, in order to establish the Municipal Centre for the Support of Initiatives and Tourist Information, including their equipment, – reconstruction of the municipal road – sister street in Świdnica. As a result of its implementation, the area of area will be revitalised. 0.42 ha, including 1 public buildings. In addition, 3 facilities will be adapted for use by disabled persons and the municipal road will be converted into debt. It’s 0,17 miles. 3 new jobs will also be created. The direct effect of the project will be the satisfaction of the Municipality of Świdnica, identified in the LPR, covering the years 2015-2024, deficits and needs in the field of safety and services related to recreation, active rest, integration, social inclusion, occurring in the crisis areas of the city of Świdnica. This will be achieved by restoring and giving the abovementioned infrastructure new functions: social and recreational. The project is implemented in partnership of 3 entities. The applicant is the Leader – Municipality of the City of Świdnica. The partners are: County Świdnicki and the Association of Local Tourist Organisation “Księstwo Świdnicko – Jaworskie”. Partners shall contribute to the project the financial, organisational, technical and human resources necessary for its implementation. The leader is also responsible for preparing, conducting and awarding contracts for carrying out construction works, purchasing equipment and performing promotions. The operator of the infrastructure will be the Leader (including through its budget office – Municipal Property Management in Świdnica). The main recipients of the project are residents of Świdnica, including disabled people and representatives of poor communities living in areas designated for revitalisation. The planned actions will improve the living conditions and safety of these people.
