The main objective of the project is to improve the socio-economic and spatial attractiveness of the revitalised area of Świdnica through the renovation of municipal buildings at: — ul. Gdynia 3-3A; — ul. First May 3; — ul. Stefan Żeromski 6; — ul. Cooperative 29-31; — ul. It’s a 5A boiler room. On the other hand, the specific objectives are: — improving the technical condition and aesthetics of buildings, – improving the safety of residents of buildings, – improving the quality of life of residents of buildings and surroundings. Currently, the buildings are characterised by a very poor technical condition. Most of them have in poor technical condition roofs and staircases. The facades are destroyed and threaten the safety of residents and passers-by. Thanks to the renovation of the buildings, the socio-economic attractiveness and spatial attractiveness of the degraded area of Świdnica will be improved. In addition, the quality of life of residents and surroundings will be improved and the residential function of the area will be strengthened. The buildings are located in the Local Revitalisation Programme for the Municipality of Świdnica for the years 2015-2024, List A item. 57. So far, a feasibility study has been developed, project documentation and financial documentation. Construction work has not been started. The applicant obtained all final administrative and legal authorisations required for the entire range of investments. The project is a stand-alone unit of analysis and covers all the investment tasks necessary to ensure the functionality and interoperability of the infrastructure as soon as the material scope is completed. The implementation of additional investment tasks not included in the material scope is not required for the launch of the project products. The City of Świdnica will be responsible for the implementation and management of the project. The Municipality of Świdnica will be responsible for monitoring indicators and maintaining the sustainability of the project for 5 years from the final payment date.
