The aim of the project is to improve teaching conditions in 5 primary schools and in 4 middle schools located in Bolesławiec. The budget of the project is 2 154 995.84, of which the own contribution of the City of Bolesławiec will amount to 15 %, i.e. IT’S 323 249,38. The project will be implemented in 2017 and 2018. The project is implemented by the Municipality of Bolesławiec. The applicant chose the method of project implementation based on previous experience in the implementation of projects and the organisational and technical background. All possible forms of implementation of the planned actions have been analysed. As a result, the full scope of the project includes: purchase of equipment, activities related to project promotion and management. The equipment of the workshop shall include: office furniture; a computer position for each student, including system and office software; teacher’s position (portable computer and docking station) with system and office software; a server that operates the workshop together with the necessary server software and software for laboratory and anti-virus management, together with the full installation of the workshop; multimedia board with projector; portable computers for teachers to prepare lessons; multifunctional device, as well as teaching software for learning subjects. In addition to one facility (GS 1), a set of robots (including mobile devices) for programming learning will be purchased. Each of the schools covered by the project is adapted to ensure that disabled people can easily use the equipment purchased under the programme. In addition, each newly created ICT workshop will provide one post, which will be used by people with different types of dysfunction (the project provides for the purchase of special keyboard overlays enabling people with disabilities to work on computers). The promotion includes, among others, signs, information and souvenir boards and plaques.
