The aim of the project is to increase the employability of people from the age of 30 who are unemployed in the Kłodz county. The main result of the project will be taking up employment by project participants registered at PUP in Kłodzk. The project will support people from 30 years of age qualifying as an aid profile I (so-called active unemployed) or aid profile II (so-called “requiring support”) in accordance with the Employment Promotion Act and Labour Market Institutions, who remain unemployed, registered as unemployed, who are in a special situation on the labour market, i.e. older people after 50 years of age, women, disabled people, long-term unemployed and low-skilled. As part of the project for each participant, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will precede the analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant. On this basis, the PUP will implement appropriately selected labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. Project participants will be able to benefit from the following labour market instruments: traineeships or one-off measures to start a business.
