The aim of the project is to increase the employability of people from 30 years of age who are unemployed in the Kłodz county.The project will support people from 30 years of age qualified to the aid profile I (so-called active unemployed) or the aid profile II (so-called “required” support) in accordance with the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions, who remain unemployed, registered as unemployed, who are in a special situation on the labour market, i.e. the elderly, disabled people, women and women. As part of the project for each participant, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will precede an analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant concerned and will be appropriate to his needs and capabilities. On this basis, the PUP will implement appropriately selected labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. Project participants will be subject to professional guidance/labour and will be able to benefit from the following labour market instruments: traineeships or one-off measures to start a business. The main result of the project will be taking up employment by project participants registered in the County Labour Office in Kłodzko, which will result in a reduction in unemployment in our district.
