The aim of the project is to increase the employability of people from 30 years of age who are unemployed in the Kłodz county.The project will support people from 30 years of age who are unemployed, registered as unemployed, who are in a special situation on the labour market, i.e. older people after 50 years of age, women, disabled people, long-term unemployed and low-skilled. As part of the project for each participant, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will be preceded by an analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant concerned. On this basis, the PUP will implement appropriately selected labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. Project participants will be subject to professional guidance/labour and will be able to benefit from the following labour market instruments: traineeships, interventions or one-off measures to undertake business activities. There is also a possibility for project participants to receive professional training on an individual basis. The main result of the project will be taking up employment by project participants registered in the County Labour Office in Kłodzko, which will result in a reduction in unemployment in our district.
