The aim of the project is to increase the employability of people from the age of 30 who are unemployed in the Kłodz county. The project will support people from 30 years of age who are unemployed, registered as unemployed, including those in a special labour market situation, i.e. older people over 50 years of age, women, disabled people, long-term unemployed and low-skilled. As part of the project for each participant, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will be preceded by an analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant concerned. On this basis, the PUP will implement appropriately selected labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. Project participants will be subject to professional guidance/labour and will be able to benefit from the following labour market instruments: traineeships, interventions, employment in the framework of the reimbursement of the costs of equipment or retrofitting of the workplace, as well as the use of one-off measures to take up business activities. There is also a possibility for participants of the project to benefit from vocational training. The main result of the project will be taking up employment by project participants registered in the County Labour Office in Kłodzko, which will result in a reduction in unemployment in our district.
