The aim of the project is to increase the employability of people from 30 years of age who are unemployed in the Wrocław County and the district of Wrocław. The main result of the project will be to take up employment by: — 40 % of people over the age of 50 who have completed their participation in the project; — 35 % of the long-term unemployed who have completed their participation in the project; — 41 % of low-skilled people who complete their participation in the project; — 25 % of disabled people who complete the project; — 50 % of participants not eligible for any of the abovementioned groups. The participants of the project will be persons from 30 years of age registered as unemployed persons qualified for the assistance profile I (so-called active unemployed) or the aid profile II (so-called unemployed persons requiring support), including those in a special situation on the labour market, i.e. persons over 50 years of age, women, disabled people, long-term unemployed and low-skilled. As part of the project for each participant, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will precede the analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant. On this basis, the PUP will implement appropriately selected labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. Project participants will receive support in the implementation of the following tasks: — job intermediation or career guidance; — traineeships; — one-off measures for starting a business.
