The specific objective of the project is to improve employability of people in a particular labour market situation (50+, women, people with disabilities, long-term unemployed, low-skilled people up to ISCED level 3). Participants of the project will be unemployed persons from 30 years of age who are in a special situation on the labour market, residing in the district of Wrocław and Wrocław area registered in the PUP in Wrocław, having the status of unemployed persons, i.e.:• persons over 50 years of age,• women,• persons with disabilities,• long-term unemployed persons, who have been approved by low-skilled persons up to the level of ISCED 3, re-employment persons belonging to the I or II employment profile. The Authority will gather information on immigration and re-emigration of project participants. In addition, the beneficiary will provide support for former participants in social inclusion projects implemented under the thematic objective 9 in the ROP WD.The project will support 509 people, including 279 K and 230 M.Each participant will be presented with an individual and comprehensive offer of professional activation preceded by an analysis of skills, predisposition and professional problems of the participant, which will be based on at least three elements: On this basis, the Office will select the services and instruments of the labour market referred to in the Promotion Act.Participants will receive support as part of the labour market instruments:? career guidance/employeeships? traineeships? one-off measures for starting a business.The implementation of these actions will constitute the basis for employment and competitiveness of participants on the labour market.
