The project provides for school-education support including upgrading/complete qualifications and/or competences, including training and traineeships. Participation in the project will be an opportunity to achieve benefits and skills, including: development/upgrading of professional IPD in cooperation with a professional counsellor., indiv. psychologist diagnosis. acquisition/increasing competences of ICT, acquisition of professional qualifications, gaining professional experience, but also – as added value – acquisition of soft competences (e.g. ability to organise work and cope with difficult systems, effective communication, resourcefulness) whose possession can contribute to improving the situation on the labour market.
