The main objective of the project is to increase professional activity (return or entry into the labour market) of 44 people (42K and 2M) taking care of children up to 3 years of age in Lower Silesia, in the period from 01.10.2018 to 31.12.2020. implemented in partnership with the Association of the Centre for Enterprise Support, through the creation of 40 places in a new nursery in Wrocław and professional activation of 13 persons (13K) from 44 participants of the project who are unemployed or inactive children due to work outside the market. In Wrocław 40 places will be created in nursery, which will allow 40 parents to return to the labour market after a break connected with the birth/education of the child. Parents/careers will be given a stable place of care in a convenient location, tailored to the needs of people with disabilities, open to their convenience and will be able to actively seek work or return to the labour market after a break in childcare up to the age of 3. In the period from 01.12.2019 to 31.12.2020, care, educational and specialised activities for children, the unemployed or inactive persons will be provided with support in the form of professional activation (13K) through the preparation of Individual Action Plans, workshops on job search skills, certified computer training and vocational courses.As part of the project, contracts will be carried out in accordance with the principle of competitiveness, including social clauses, e.g. for children’s food.
