The main objective of the project is to increase professional activity (return or entry into the labour market) among 80 persons taking care of children under 3 years from Dolnośląskie – Wrocław in the period from 01.07.2018 to 30.06.2020. through the creation of 80 places in the newly created nursery in Wrocław and professional activation of 31 out of 80 participants of the project who are unemployed or inactive persons who remain outside the labour market due to the obligation to care for children under the age of 3. The project responds to the diagnosed needs of people living in Wrocław. 80 places will be created in Wrocław, which will allow 80 parents to return to the labour market after a break related to the birth/education of the child. An early development aid is called multidirectional interaction syndrome aimed at a child who has been diagnosed or suspected of developing abnormalities. Diagnosing all children cared for in the nursery will allow parents in early development to see abnormalities in the development of the child, learn how to handle the child correctly (sometimes small corrections help to eliminate minor developmental delays such as washing, dressing, feeding, etc.). There will be 1 diagnosing meeting for each child in order to determine early intervention in the area of: prevention, stimulation or therapy – depending on your individual needs. Next, a series of 10-15 therapeutic meetings for qualified children is planned, followed by a second diagnosis qualifying for the next therapeutic cycle – according to available means, by which we mean funds not used by children who do not need support. The project will carry out contracts in accordance with the principle of competitiveness, taking into account social clauses, e.g. for food for children.
