The project concerns the creation of a new childcare facility under the age of 3 in the form of a nursery. The project’s applicant is the Municipality of Żmigród. The main objective of the project is to activate professionally caring for children under the age of 3 by creating and developing a nursery for 30 children from the area of Żmigród. The objective of the project is in line with the specific objective of action 8.4 Enclosures of professional and private life, Sub-measure No. 8.4.1 Appropriating work and private life. The main problem identified in this project is the lack of childcare facilities in the Municipality under 3 in accordance with the Act on the Care of Children under the age of 3, so that parents/carers cannot return to the labour market after completed maternity/tacerzyn/educational/educational/parental/parental/parents’ childcare project. The target group of the project is taken by parents/legal guardians returning to the labour market after maternity leave, 30 year olds, and fathers. The project will be implemented through the following tasks: 1. Creation of a nursery for children under 3 years of age by purchasing equipment and help to conduct classes.2. The implementation of the project will allow the creation of a nursery in the commune of Żmigród and will also enable its participants to return to work. Local businesses employing people with children will benefit from the implementation of the project, as their employees will be able to become more available at work. The creation of a nursery will also be associated with the need for staff. New jobs for carers will be created, which will reduce unemployment.
