The aim of the project Be active Kłodzki County is to increase social and professional activity and employ opportunities of 90 people (51 women and 39 men) including 66 O.N living in Kłodzko district, benefiting from the support of PCPR in Kłodzko. Participation in the project will be initiated by an individual diagnosis of social, health and professional needs and predispositions for the participants of the project.Due to the specific needs of ON, it is necessary to include in the planned activities the immediate environment of these people, which is intended to serve the broadly understood social and civil integration. The social status of participants (both ON and those living in foster care and leaving custody) often becomes the reason for their social exclusion, all the more so as the majority of residents of the District come from rural areas. The use of active inclusion instruments of a social, educational and health nature will help participants to recover from their difficult lives, strengthen their employability and self-employment. Participation in the project, which is part of the socio-occupational interaction with elements of specialised counselling (legal, family, psychological) will significantly improve the socio-occupational situation of people at risk of poverty and social exclusion. At each stage of participation in the project, participants will be included in social work, which will allow for continuous monitoring of progress and dynamic response to emerging needs of the PPO and the scope of support will be individually selected to the needs of each PP. With the implementation of the project, 90 people, including 66 people with disabilities, will increase their competences and increase their social skills.
