The subject of the project is the implementation of services related to the active socio-occupational integration of people at risk of poverty and social exclusion by improving and strengthening their employability and self-employment, in particular in the social economy (e.g. associations, foundations, churches and religious associations, social cooperatives, reintergation entities). The project is implemented in a complementary way within all stages of the project, starting from the creation of individual development plans through social action with integration elements to professional activation. The project will cover the area of Dolnośląskie voivodship. Implemented in the period from 11.2017 to 10.2019. The project envisages the participation of 71 people (39K, 32M) at risk of poverty or social exclusion and their surroundings (30 people) to the extent that this is necessary to support those supported by the project. The project involves the following types of support: ? Path of social reintegration Individual Development Plan – diagnostics of social capital, including professional experience, skills, predisposition? Coaching-supporting socio-professional development? Workshop-Development of socio-occupational competences of people at risk of poverty or social exclusion and motivation to take up employment? Specialised counseling leading to social and professional integration? Vocational courses and training improving the skills and competences needed in the labour market? Traineeships, in particular in social economy entities in jobs in Lower Silesia Voivodeship The project through comprehensive support will contribute to reducing the level of unemployment.
