He’s not emigrating – he works here.

The project “Do not emigrate – here I work” aims at social, professional reintegration and support in finding employment for people at risk of poverty or social exclusion from the districts: Wałbrzych, Świdnicki and the city of Wałbrzych. The aim of the project is to strengthen the capacity for employment or self-employment and then maintain sustainable social activity among 122 people (70K,52M) at risk of poverty or social exclusion in the period 01.05.2019-30.09.2021. The objective is to respond to the problem of low capacity of people at risk of poverty or social exclusion to independent and active socio-occupational integration, thereby taking employment or self-employment and effective exit from social exclusion. This problem stems mainly from lack of positive patterns, multi-year functioning in the violent environments. The project assumes the social competitiveness of the professions of social participation in the areas of knowledge, knowledge and social skills:Individual Development Plans, defining the path of reintegration (single-in-the-settlement). The improved qualifications and the strengthening of relations with the people’s surroundings will also be important.
