The aim of the project is to ensure an efficient system of implementation of the RPO by providing the necessary human resources, conditions admin. — technology enabling the effective operation of IP, ensuring a coherent information and promotion system and developing the potential of current and potential RPO beneficiaries. The target is consistent with ROP WD, SZOOP RPO WD. Implementation of the project requires financial support, including: — employment of employees – costs org., tech. and adm. — improving professional qualifications of employees – project selection processes, control, specialist and expert advice – information and promotion activities. Demand in these areas is tailored to the real needs of Dwup for the implementation of the ROPs and will contribute most to achieving the project objective. In order to ensure the proper and effective implementation of the ROP by Dwup, it is necessary to finance the costs indicated in the Annual Statement (...). At the same time, the project provides for financing activities related to the closure of POKL. The project will result in strengthening the organisational, institutional and staff capacity of Dwup, which will enable the creation of an effective system of implementation of the RPO, including through: — increasing the quality of RPO activities by ensuring optimal employment levels and increasing the competence of IP staff and creating appropriate working conditions – increasing the effectiveness of applying for funds by potential Benef. by increasing knowledge about RPO among applicants and a well functioning project evaluation system – increasing the quality of projects through effective implementation of info-training activities for Benef. and control of the project, which will allow maximum use of RPO funds – increasing awareness among residents of dlnś.
