The aim of the project “Research and Implementation Fund – Voucher Research” is to increase the R & D activity of enterprises from Kujawsko-Pomorskie voivodship, by supporting the purchase of research services from scientific units. The aid provided in the form of grants is intended to initiate the process of technology transfer and increase the level of implementation of innovation into the market activity of enterprises. The project is implemented in partnership and will cover the entire Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship. Entities implementing the project are business environment institutions (IOBs) located in the territory of the voivodship and have the knowledge and experience enabling them to implement the project. These are Kujawsko-Pomeranian Innovation Agency sp. z. o. o. (project leader), Polish Economic Society – Branch in Bydgoszcz, Chamber of Industry and Commerce in Toruń, “Employers of Pomerania and Kujawy” Association of Employers. Within the framework of the project, actions will be carried out for the development of competitiveness and innovation of enterprises in the SME sector by co-financing the purchase of R & D services in scientific units as defined in Article 2 point 9 of the Act of 30 April 2010 on the principles of financing science (Journal of Laws 2014, item. 1620 with late.). Only enterprises from the SME sector, conducting economic activities and established or branched out in the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship may receive funding. In addition, the co-financed project must be implemented in the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodship and be part of the regional strategy of intelligent specialisation of Kujawsko-Pomorskie voivodship. The project will be implemented in the period from 01.2016 to 06.2018. During this period, at least two calls for grant applicants are planned to result in at least 300 supported projects. The total value of the project is PLN 30 799 597.35.
