The aim of the project is to increase the level of foreign trade of enterprises from the SME sector from the region of kuj-pom and to diversify the markets.The project is implemented by the Toruń Regional Development Agency in partnership with the Bydgoszcz Regional Development Agency and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Toruń. The project covers the entire area of Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship. The most important task is to grant grants and develop an internationalisation strategy for start-up exporters – SMEs conducting business and established/branching in the voivodship.Grants will be granted at:1. Advisory services in the field of taking up and developing export activities:• design of marketing and advertising campaigns,• legal support for the negotiation and conclusion of contracts,• adaptation of products and processes to export by certification of products/services and processes in the field of technical standards, quality and conformity,• adaptation of design, services and packaging to the requirements of foreign markets.2. Participation of companies in domestic and foreign international fairs and exhibitions as exhibitors and organising away and incoming study visits related to trade fairs and exhibitions abroad.3. Participation in international fairs abroad as visitors.The project assumes additional support to grantees through:• activating entrepreneurs in the field of export, especially those entities that have not yet exported, • information support in the field of export markets,• information support and ongoing care at the stage of implementation of projects in the scope of compliance with procedures and guidelines.The project implemented from 04.2018 to 06.2021. As a result, 158 companies, including 73 start-up exporters, will be supported in the field of internationalisation. Companies benefiting from support will sign 79 foreign trade contacts and 40 will introduce organizational and procedural changes.
