“Termomodernisation of public buildings in Włocławek – stage IV”

The project “Termomodernisation of public utility buildings in the city of Włocławek – stage IV” will be one of three planned projects aimed at improving the energy efficiency of the most neglected infrastructure of urban buildings and public institutions. The project will be subject to a deep and comprehensive thermomodernisation of 3 public utility buildings, i.e.: Building Schools in Włocławek (including: College No. 1 and Basic Vocational School No. 1. This investment consists of thermal modernisation improvements to reduce the demand for heat and electricity. The scope of work shall include: insulation of external walls, warming of stropodache and replacement of roof covering, replacement of lighting for energy-efficient, replacement of central heating systems, replacement of doors and windows.Works done in individual buildings will be carried out within the framework of a common goal, which is to reduce energy consumption. Currently, the above buildings do not meet the requirements of the maximum E value of the seasonal heat demand for heating, and their external partitions have a low thermal insulation, characterised by unsatisfactory values of the heat transfer coefficient U and R. Inner installations of heating systems of the facilities have a number of defects resulting from outdated technical solutions and long-term use. The project will have a positive impact on climate change by reducing greenhouse gas emissions to the atmosphere by 269.31 tonnes CO2/year
