The object of the planned project is a comprehensive energy modernisation of public utility facilities in the Inowrocław commune, i.e. the building of the Social Activisation Centre in Łojewo and the building of the Principal School of Rev. Cardinal Wyszynski in Orłów. The main problem of the project is the low thermal standard, aesthetics and functionality of public buildings in the Inowrocław Municipality (mainly the buildings covered by the project). The existing state of the buildings entails considerable energy intensity and thus increased costs for heating and operation of the buildings concerned. The implementation of the thermal modernisation works will result in a reduction in heat loss of the public buildings covered by the project and thus a reduction in the amount of fuel consumed to heat them. The energy efficiency of public buildings will therefore be improved. The main objective of the project is the energy modernisation of public utility buildings in the Inowrocław Municipality. The implementation of the thermo-modernisation measures planned under the project will undoubtedly help to address many of the problems facing the Municipality today. Measures will be taken to improve the energy efficiency of buildings, reduce their maintenance costs, increase the efficiency of their services and protect the environment by reducing emissions of harmful pollutants into the atmosphere and reducing the amount of fuel used. The investment is located in Łojewo (building number 21, Dz. No. 61 and 64) and in Orłowo (building number 40, Dz. No. 146), in the Inowrocław Municipality.
