Thermal modernisation of the primary school in Chodcz.

The subject of the project is an investment consisting of thermomodernisation of the building of the Primary School at ul. Waryńskiego 20 in Chodcz on a plot with registration number 86/5, Chodecz area. The existing school building was built in 1927. In 1977, it was expanded. The building is cellared and built in traditional technology. The scope of the project includes carrying out work: demolition, construction, installation. Before starting the thermal modernisation works, it is assumed to carry out preparatory works, which will include the dismantling of gutters, drain pipes and lightning installation. Appropriate thermo-modernisation works will include: — insulation of walls and ceilings, – new roof covering, – replacement of doors, – overhaul of central heating installations dismantling and assembly of pipelines, fittings, radiators, solar installation), – modernisation of the hot water system, – execution of electrical installations. As part of the modernisation of the abovementioned central heating system, the project envisages the introduction of renewable energy (solar collectors) for the purpose of preparing hot water. The installation of solar solar collectors of the Vitosol 200-F type is envisaged in a quantity of 6 units, with a total gross area of 14 m². The system will be complemented by solar exchange station and bivalent hot water storage unit cooperating with the boiler and solar installation. Solar installation coverage of heat needs for water heating for the whole year (as the average of all months) is estimated at around 67.8 %. The main objective of the project is to increase energy efficiency through thermomodernisation. The actions taken by the beneficiary will also contribute to reducing the consumption of thermal energy and thus improving the environment. The investment will have a real impact on improving the comfort of use of the building.
