Construction of a walking – bike path on the Tupady – crust of the Castle along with the expansion of the lighting.

The main objective of the project is to expand the infrastructure on foot and bicycles in the Inowrocław commune. The project will be implemented in the Inowrocław district, in the Inowrocław Municipality. Inowrocław commune is a rural commune located in the central part of the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship. This project includes bicycle paths along the district road No. 2558C on the section from the existing pavement in the village of Krusza Zamkowa to the sidewalk located at the intersection of the county road with national road No. 15 in Tupady, together with lighting. The investment will be located on plots with registration numbers 94 and 93/1 (Tupady region) and 20 and 22/1 (the Zamkowa aggregate), in the Inowrocław Municipality, which are located in the area of strict archaeological protection “W”. For the purpose of designing the project, the local kilometre of the planned cycle path km 0 + 000.00 ÷ 2 + 332,94 was introduced. The width of the projected walk-bike line will be 2.5 m. The pavement of asphalt concrete (bitumen) will be paved. The implementation of the planned investment will result in an increase in interest in recreation and healthy lifestyle among residents of the Inowrocław Municipality. The conversion of the existing mode of transport into a bicycle will result in a reduction in road traffic for bicycles and thus a reduction in emissions of gaseous pollutants from car transport into the air, which will have a positive impact on the environment. The construction of the bicycle path will also help to improve road safety on this section of the district road by separating motor traffic from bicycles and pedestrians. As a result of the project, the following product indicators will be achieved: Length of built roads for bicycles – 2,333 km; Estimated annual decrease in greenhouse gas emissions – 0,34995 tonnes of CO2 equivalent/year and result indicators: Number of people using built roads for bicycles – 1000 people.
