The subject of the project is a deep and comprehensive energy modernisation of two public utility buildings located in the municipality of Dobrcz. Works increasing the energy efficiency of the buildings concern: 1) the office building of the Municipal Services Department in Dobrcz, 2) the school building in Wudzyno.The following activities are the subject of the planned project: preparatory work, construction works, investment supervision.All construction works are consistent with energy efficiency audits, project documentation and investment permits developed for the investment.The main objective of the project will be achieved by achieving the following specific objectives:?improving thermal insulation of building partitions,? increasing the efficiency of the heating system,? improving the efficiency of the preparation system of hot water,? modernisation of the door carpenter.Improving energy efficiency in public buildings of the municipality Dobrcz will contribute to the improvement of the natural environment. The planned work will accelerate progress in supporting the transition to a low-carbon economy. The project involves public buildings whose technical condition is causing losses due to outdated technological solutions. The facilities process high demand for heat, which translates into high levels of greenhouse gas emissions. In total, the commune of Dobrcz is applying for funding of this project in the amount of PLN 599760.52, which is 85 % of the value of eligible costs. The remainder of the eligible and ineligible expenditure will be covered by the Dobrcz Municipality’s own resources.
