The object of the project is a deep and comprehensive energy modernisation of three buildings used for cultural purposes – rural common rooms, located in the towns of Nekla, Strzelce Dolne and Suponin in the commune of Dobrcz. preparatory works, construction works, investor supervision.All construction works are in accordance with energy efficiency audits, design documentation and investment permits developed for the investment. The project is complementary to the thermo-modernisation projects implemented by the Municipality of Dobrecz in previous years with the contribution of funds from the Rural Development Programme.In view of the assumptions of the projects included in Table 2 and their objectives, it should be noted that they are complementary to the proposed project, as they included measures to reduce the energy intensity of public buildings and reduce heat losses. The main objective of the project is to increase the energy efficiency of three rural common rooms located in the towns of Nekla, Strzelce Dolne and Suponin in the commune of Dobrcz.The main objective of the project will be achieved through the implementation of the following specific objectives:? improvement of thermal insulation of building partitions,? increase the efficiency of the heating system,? increase the efficiency of the preparation system of the c.w.u.,? modernisation of window joinery. The remainder of the eligible expenditure will be covered by the own resources of the Dobrcz Municipality.
