As a result of the project, construction works of the common room building will be completed as a cultural object, characterised by the following technical parameters:• construction area 245,90 m²,• usable area 208,22 m²,• building volume 680,24 m³,• height 6,17 m,• width of the front facade 24.24 m.The above confirms that the building will be comprehensively suited to the needs of the planned cultural offer in the local dimension. The functionality of the designed premises corresponds to the needs and purpose of the building. Moreover, in line with the above, the Applicant has designed solutions to provide direct facilities for disabled people.As a result of the project, infrastructure will be created to enable the provision of public cultural services, including social, integration and recreational events. This confirms the scope of project results, indicated quantitatively and qualitatively by project indicators:1. Output indicators (target year 2018):1) Number of cultural institutions supported: 1 pieces,Number of cultural resources supported – 1pieces. 2. Result indicators (target year 2019):1) Number of persons benefiting from the supported facility: base value of 0 people – target value of 450 people.2) Increased number of visits expected in supported sites belonging to cultural and natural heritage and tourist attractions: base value of 0 visits – target value of 23 400 visits.The estimated value of the project 451326.47PLN, co-financing 305141.82 PLN, own contribution PLN 146184.65.
