Lubanie commune is one of the communes with the lowest rate of dissemination of pre-school education in Kujawsko-Pomorskie voivodship, the percentage of children aged 3-5 in Lubanie commune covered by preschool is 50.8 %. Number of preschool places on 31.12.2014 and 31.12.2016: 75. The problem is not only the low availability of preschool facilities, but also the poor quality of the infrastructure. Local government kindergarten is located in a facility that does not meet the basic requirements for this type of facility, causing a threat to safety and significantly reducing the quality of services provided. The primary objective of the project is to offer in Lubanie commune an adequate number of pre-school education places of quality that meets the relevant requirements and standards, i.e. creating new 50 places and rebuilding 75 pre-school facilities within the framework of high technical quality infrastructure, including providing access for disabled people (ON), by 30.06.2018. Achieving the objective requires the provision of infrastructure that meets technical requirements and does not constitute a barrier to ON, with an area adapted to the size of the identified demand for pre-school education and quality that does not constitute a disincentive to the use of services. The scope of the investment includes the preparation of a complete kindergarten facility, offering 125 high-standard places, according to the assumptions set out for the purpose, i.e.: construction of a new kindergarten facility with infrastructure, basic infrastructure, additional infrastructure, basic equipment and equipment necessary for the nature of the facility. According to the analysis of the resources available, it is planned to partially capture the above-mentioned material scope within the project and partially leave this scope outside the project, with a plan to use existing resources. The estimated value of the total material range is PLN 3496777.46.
