Construction of the District Vocational Training Centre on the basis of the organizational basis of the Chodcz School Complex together with infrastructure

The object of the project is investment activities aimed at the construction of the Poviat Vocational Training Centre on the organizational basis of ZS in Chodcz together with infrastructure. The Centre building will include workshops and vocational training workshops with a manoeuvring area, as well as additional infrastructure, thus replacing the existing infrastructure of the Chodcz School Complex and adapting the proposed training offer to the assumptions resulting from the development diagnosis. As part of practical apprenticeships, modern professional workers and their equipment are planned to ensure proper vocational training conditions – the equipment of workers and workshops will be compatible with the requirements and technologies used by employers, which make it necessary for pupils to acquire appropriate professional qualifications and competences. The need for investment results from the need to adapt the vocational training infrastructure to the situation of the labour market and to create learning conditions that reflect the real working environment. The basis for creating the project assumptions was an analysis of the current labour market and deficits that occur in the area of the county. The implementation of this project will contribute to improving the quality of educational services in the field of vocational education in the area of Włocławek county. This will increase the importance of vocational education, creating learning conditions similar to the real working environment, increasing the potential in terms of educational offer, teaching process and quality of education. This will increase the skills and skills of pupils, which are expected in the local labour market, equal life opportunities and increased professional activity of vocational school graduates.
